The surgical straight handpiece is suitable for procedures such as apical resection, osteotomy, sequestrotomy, bone modelling, and bone smoothing, as well as extraction of wisdom teeth. It operates at a maximum drive speed of 50,000 min-1 and is compatible with surgical burs and cutters Ø 2.35 mm (also Stryker system), with a maximum shaft length of 45 mm.
The mini LED+ feature provides excellent lighting conditions, facilitating accurate diagnoses and perfect treatment results. The LED light is produced independently by the handpiece, and an integral generator supplies the LED with power. The neutral white light produced by the mini LED+ offers a superior light source, allowing for daylight quality light in the treatment area whether one has an optic or non-optic drive system.
The handpiece is designed to be dismantled for thorough cleaning and can be sterilized, provided it carries the relevant sterilization symbol.
